1. Free Trial

We offer a Free Trial so you can test our service before subscribing. This way, you can ensure complete compatibility with your device, application setup, and internet connection speed before committing to a paid plan.

2. Refunds

Once your premium subscription is fully activated and the account details/credentials are delivered via email or WhatsApp, all sales are considered final.

Refunds will only be issued if we are completely unable to provide you with a working subscription (e.g., your account credentials fail to be delivered or our broadcasting service does not start at all from our servers).

We do not provide refunds due to the following reasons:

  • Local internet connection drops or bandwidth ISP speed issues.
  • Device incompatibility, older Smart TV operating systems, or specific media player app bugs.
  • Temporary channel updates, playlist modifications, or regional streaming variations, as these factors are entirely beyond our control.
